MBBR生物填料的原理、优缺点及成膜性能的判断!

MBBR生物填料法的原理是利用生物膜法的基本原理,通过向反应器中添加一定量的悬浮载体来增加反应器中的生物量和生物种类,从而提高反应器的处理效率。  由于填料的密度接近水的密度,所以在曝气过程中它与水完全混合,微生物生长的环境是气、液、固三相。  载体在水中的碰撞和剪切使气泡变细,提高了氧气的利用率。  另外,每个载体内外都有不同的生物种类,一些厌氧菌或兼性菌在里面生长,好氧菌在外面生长,因此每个载体都是一个微反应器,使硝化和反硝化同时存在,提高了处理效果。
